"TruGreen provided transparent pricing and quality workmanship when treating my property for bed bugs. Their technicians were professional and thorough, ensuring every area was treated to eliminate the infestation. "I had to call Craig Thomas Pest Control 4 times and each time I called I spoke to a different person.  It seems I was reaching a call center each time.  This was a problem because I needed to cancel the appointment I had made with them.  When I called to do so I ended up speaking to a different individual than the one that scheduled my appointment.  To avoid any miscommunication I called Craig Thomas twice to make sure the appointment was cancelled.  I then made an appointment with another local provider who had very good Angie's list reviews.  The problem was Craig Thomas Pest Control's scheduling department is very disorganized.  They failed to cancel the appointment and a technician arrived at my house anyway.  This was awkward because I had scheduled another local provider for the same time.  Unfortunately the Craig Thomas technician arrived before my preferred provider arrived without giving me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way for an appointment that didn't really exist! The other local provider being a fair and professional individual offered to come in and use his digital heat sensor device to locate the bee hive in the wall of our bedroom.  He did this free of charge and thank goodness he did because the Craig Thomas technician's method of investigation was to put his ear up against the wall and listen.  The Craig Thomas ear against the wall method unfortunately was ineffective at locating the beehive.  If the other local provider had not been there I don't know how this appointment would have turned out...not very good I'm guessing.  The technician from Craig Thomas was respectful and professional and after the other local provider located the beehive the Craig Thomas technician did complete the chemical application.  I don't blame the Craig Thomas technician because he was just doing his job in the way that he was trained or instructed to so by Craig Thomas.  But I would not use Craig Thomas again in the future.  I will instead use that other local provider with the digital heat sensor device and easy scheduling.

"We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service."

"Very friendly tech came to examine our house. He was really late, but this did not matter - lost his way. The cost was way beyond what we are willing to pay for pest control (over $1000) but we do have a fairly problematic carpenter bee problem."

"The rep that came to my home was not prepared. He did not come with all of his supplies. I had to provide him with missing supply. All in all the gentleman was very nice showed me where all traps were placed and also sprayed for ants. The ant problem is still bad as the weather gets warmer. I will need to call once my 15 days are upp to re-spray. The office person that I spoke with gave me information that I explained to the service man and he states that they were not aware of a paticular service in getting out mice in my home. Actually what they did I was doing anyway but did not know exactly where to place all of the traps. I am not sure this was worth my money and time. I gave a fair rating because of the courtsey I was given. The work done I am not to pleased. Thank You"

"They have been very helpful. The refrigerator we had, had a control panel that they could not replace, so they gave us options and we were able to get a new refrigerator. They have saved us a lot of money over the year. They probably saved us $5000 on an AC issue. They are very prompt at responding and have been very professional."
