"John came out and explained everything to me. He also showed me where there was a hive near my shutters. He was thorough and very professional. He also spoke to me about maintenance/tick control since this is a problem throughout the Hudson valley with homeowners. Lastly he showed me the hive and informed me that in about 3 or 4 days tops there will be no more yellow jacket activity...well, the next day I checked and nothing! The guy confirmed about appointment the day before and he called letting me know he was going to arrive soon. Arrived on time and started working right away. The spray he sprayed was non toxic and I haven't seen roaches since he sprayed. I haven't seen the mouse since he came to spray either. Explained everything thoroughly and I felt his price was fair.
