"Leo and his team did a beautiful job remodeling the entire apartment. He was extremely patient with the questions that I had and worked to accommodate my needs in a reasonable manner. The job was finished as efficiently as possible. He was also willing to go out of his way to pick up supplies from local hardware stores. The renovation process itself went very smooth and they even cleaned up as much as they could afterwards. Even after remodeling was completed, he still offered to some minor work that couldn't have been done because the materials did not arrive on time. "Boulevard Planning did a total remodel of our home. We had a cape and removed the entire second floor and built an full third floor attic. Thanks to John, we some how were even able to live in the house (not ideal) through the entire construction. Could not have asked things to go as smoothly as they did. John is a stand up guy and really went above and beyond. To be expected a few bumps along the way that were immediately taken care of. Cannot tell you the number of complements we get, more importantly it is awesome to be living in the new house. Unbelievably, John stuck 100% to the original budget. We did exceed budget with extras, mostly on the first floor. All of the extras were our own doing. With any contractor, stay on top of the work they are doing in order to be sure it is up to your liking. I would hire Boulevard Planning to do it all over again."
