We contacted Craig Thomas and were visited by Will who confirmed our problem and told us what needed to be done. I was stunned and also very put off by the cost. However I realized it had to be done.

"Alan was on time to look over the job and provide the estimate within a day. Candi promptly prepared the contract. Once the contract was signed, she scheduled the project start date and the workers showed up as promised. Jose and Sammy worked 2 full days until all the work was done. They were polite and answered all my question about what they were doing. They provided me pictures of the gutters as I have an aversion to heights. The work area was kept clean as they were working and left the worksite like they found it when they started the job. The project went like clockwork and done in the most professional way. On the day of the service he and a professional climber, Richard, again discussed with me what needed to be done and proceeded with the trimming. During the day we continually had conversations on my satisfaction with their work so far and what still needed to be done.
