Out of all the contractors we have worked with on our Victorian house restoration, we found Tim from Diggs Building Technologies to be the most knowledgeable in his field. He is an old school iron worker with an intense understanding of structure. In addition, he is not scared of hard work and to do things the right way. From the start, he was not scared off from the difficulties our foundation project presented -- poor excavating access over a 9 foot retaining wall, no driveway for brining in or removing fill. Nor did he back down when we discovered an old cistern trapping water near the foundation, an unexpected and unwelcome surprise. With Tim's expertise, the project kept rolling. All of Tim's team members are extremely professional, kind, polite and hardworking. If structural knowledge and attention to finer details (he even cleaned our my gutters after he found them to be running slowly after a rain storm) are what you are after, then hire Tim immediately.
