"I was looking for a Junk removal service I connected with Homeadvisor online. James Zeno of Zeno Property Services LLC was the first to call and we made an appt that day December 6 ,2021 for him to come look at the job..we agreed on a price and he and crew came to start the job on December 7,2021 and he came at the time he said he would start. I was very pleased with the way I was treated thru out the process of eliminating memorable possessions from my home..as it can be stressful on a customer...James and crew made the process painless and I would give him a 10 plus stars if that was the rating system.I already recommended Zeno Property Services LLC to my relative.Thank u again James for your help and kindness thru out the process of removal of many many things.that I could not part with but knew I had to get rid of.."

"Jorge is a very knowledgeable and professional person. He took his time with me and explained all the issues I had with my lawn/shrubs/trees/fencing etc., He isn't pushy for a sale. He told me which services could wait, which were imminent and which ones i didn't need. No other landscaper did that. He is easy to get a hold of and his prices are the best out of everyone I had spoken to previously."

"Mario and his team were prompt, courteous and followed everything per our contract. Mario returned calls promptly and always made helpful suggestions to better enhance our property. We would highly recommend him for all your landscaping needs. We will be using him for other projects since he has proven himself to be so professional and reliable."

"Service was prompt and well done. Hope to hire again this spring"

"Without consulting me put system in terrible place and had to be re-dug. Was not reliable, especially this year."
