I like to leave positive reviews for small businesses, I will make the exception in his case. These people are CON ARTISTS . Their website clearly states FLAT RATE (like their name) yet I was charged more than 3 times the advertised price of $158 to remove a refrigerator from my apartment. I asked for someone to call me regarding the price...I'm still waiting on that call. I had to call them and was told a lie, actually a few lies. First I was told had more items removed from my home. Umm, no only the refrigerator. Then Sarah (I think that was this broad's name) tried to tell me it was $400 and $100 was for a tip! Yeah no! These positive reviews are from friends and family of these charlatans. I have reported them to BBB and will take further action...that is a promise. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!"
