Amazing. Carlos was the building super (did great work in that role) and thereafter I hired him for repairs - thorough, very competent, reasonable prices and trustworthy. When I need work done or folks ask me for a referral, Carlos is my guy.

Carlos was excellent. Communication was good and service was professional and excellent quality. Carlos performed some general tasks/repairs I needed a hand with around the apartment as well as flawlessly repainting a few rooms.
