He was able to do all the work we needed done, which varied from sheetrock and painting, to installing a brick wall, to building shelves to match existing shelves in the kitchen. Everything he did was uniformly excellent and we could not have been happier with his work. Along the way, he noticed things we missed, and made suggestions that were helpful and productive, for which we were super grateful! He is seriously talented; not just a contractor but also a craftsman. In addition, he is kind, interesting, and easygoing, and my persnickety little dog really liked him- a big plus! "I am happy that I hired Luis. If I went with anyone else I would have got the idea I was asking for and would not have been happy. When I first met with him I told him my idea of what I wanted to be done. He needed a few days to give me the estimate. He came a few days later and gave me a very reasonable price. He also said he had a great idea for my property that would look a lot better. The price was more and I thought he just was looking for more money. But when I thought about his idea I thought it was great. A lot more work. But the estimate was low. When the job was complete I was very happy with the job. I was also glad that I went with his idea. At the end I saw a few imperfections that I brought up to Luis’s attention. He made me feel very comfortable by fixing the imperfections without any issues. He later did some work for my neighbor and they to were happy with his work. If you go with Luis ask to see my backyard. Its also a basketball court. Youll love it "

"Pros: The initial conversation and exchanges were great. Their quote was in line with other companies we got quotes for. They did the work efficiently and close to on-time. They filled the gaps and small cracks on the pool surface and repainted as requested. Cons: They didn't clean up after the work and after calling them several times over with promise of coming back to clean up, it never happened. Eventually we had to remove it all ourselves. The poor workmanship doesn't really show until a year later. We had a crack in the pool that grew significantly which lead to us draining the pool again for the repair. Once drained, we noticed the paint work they did started bubbling up and created very some very unsightly marks all over the pool."
