These systems are pricey, it cost money to save money, average install is $12,500 for boiler and indirect hot water heater. R.O.I., 4-6 years, a no-brainier there. Our team members include Master Electricians, Master Plumbers, Construction Supervisors, Master Fire Alarm Techs, Property Inspectors and Skilled General Construction personnel. "Getting a tune up appointment which they claim pays for the contract fee is impossible to get if they even keep it. In the 12 years I was with them maybe 4 tune ups happened as most of the time they are booked 6-12 months out. That’s how backup they are on this pre Covid Second I put my deliveries on hold and they sent me a cancellation fee. A few that was never disclosed in the email I agreed to (see attachment) after disputing it and saying they never disclosed it they sent me the bill again now with late fees. After 12 years and 10’s of thousands of dollars this is how they treat a long standing customer. Run but not to Petro as that’s the same company. Go to Slomins instead."
