I was very nervous especially after speaking to seven contractors for calling CWD in. Everyone told me to do something different and use only the equipment that they are familiar with which I did not like. This firm came in with extensive documentation on the systems they recommended and also inform me that they will install anything I wanted which didn't limit me to anything specific. I was again confused in the plumbing foreman would not let me sign a contract on the spot instead insisted I do some research and call him back in a few days. I called, sign the contract and had them install. I cannot express how pleasurable this experience was. They were at all times highly professional extremely informative and unbelievably neat. When I went down to the basement halfway through I thought a bomb had blew up, they were things all over the place but when they left the place was cleaner than when they had first arrived. The system worked beautifully, they took the time to explain every detail to me, I still don't understand it, but it works and they assured me if there were any problems I could count on them to service the unit. They were a bit pricey but after the rebate and a few years of fuel savings I calculated the return of investment to be four years. A no-brainer. From the first time Paul returned my phone call I felt very comfortable dealing with this company. He talked to me like he knew me for 20 years in layman terms where other plumbers have been arrogant and some even nasty when I asked questions that they thought were mundane. I highly recommend this company to anybody seeking a new heating system or any other work in your home or business.

Came during normal work hours and his crew were respectful not to disturb the on going business. Work was clean and neat. Returned on a weekend to seal and strip the parking lot.
