"Outstanding. Many workers made for extremely effecient work; they arrived on time and worked till about 5pm.They fixed the dryer vent so it vented to the outside. They also cleaned up my patio area -- it was like a whole new patio! The siding looks amazing and I have already had compliments on the new look of my condo. The staff in the office are great as well offering information and assistance as needed. Highly recommended"

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

We are loving our new windows and although we were told it could take 6 to 8 weeks before we could be contacted for the install it only took 3 weeks from the date of order. "Curtis was very professional and a really nice person. He was true to his word, arrived on time, gave valuable recommendations and was trustworthy. When I ordered a mirror and lighting, he saw if it was going to work or not and told me it wasn't and why. When i didn't care for the way he finished the edges of the railing, he fixed them right away. The tile work came out beautifully. He and his helper were efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.
