Everything was great before install and during . The roof itself came out amazing . . 3rd after the work zero contact when I had concerns and my siding is destroyed and nothing has been done about it yet still. 4th he hired a gutter guy to replace old gutter for specific rate. After the gutter guy was done the gutter guy charged me extra 150$ I would not paying stating that the job was already set for a specific price by the roofer owner. for weeks now been contacting the roofer and got no reply . . I just feel like the siding should not look worse than it was before the job.

We did interview multiple other contractors. Building our own home with our own hands makes us very picky contracting out a job. There was no question here. Their professionalism and attention to our expectations was unmatched. Their crew was a well oiled machine! They did a complete tear off of our old roof and replaced everything down to the plywood on the entire roof. We had a deadline with our insurance company. Not only did they squeeze us in but they finished our oversized raised ranch with attached two car garage in 12 hours. Our roof was falling apart. The plywood was crumbling into tiny pieces as they took it off. They did an impeccable job cleaning up the yard as well. With 3 young children that was a concern. We just had our driveway done and could not put the dumpster in the driveway nor could we put it in the yard due to all the rain. We also live on a hill so the dumpster could roll down the street and no one needs that sooo it ended up a distance from the house, This did not stop this crew in any way shape or form. They worked and worked to make sure we had a completed roof on before nightfall. Bret even sent out an additional crew to ensure it would happen without us even making mention of it! We did have insurance involved. Brett and Peggy handled photos with a drone. They inspected all attic space including the garage and inspected the interior of the house/garage without us even directing them to do so , looking or any additional damage. Every single call and text was answered in detail. Their estimate was detailed and thorough. They are GAF certified installers and now we have the reassurance of a 50 year warranty on our shingles . They also followed up after the work was completed more than once! They take pride in their company, they were committed to our job. Their price was very fair! It was easy working with them and if we can not do a job ourselves we will reach out to them in the future without hesitation! Thank you Brett and Peggy, Angel and the rest of the crew! I had Brett install two long skylights in my pitched roof living room. The interior is pine-paneled and over 20 feet up, so it was a trickier install than standard drywall, and I asked him to also flare the skylights to let in more light. Although the job turned out to be more labor-intensive than we predicted, mostly because of my particular requests, Brett kept his word on the original quote. The skylights are gorgeous, down to the wood trim interior of each. I found Brett to be refreshingly honest about his what he was skilled at and what was new to him. This is what I'm looking for. Hardworking and honest, and he hires a good team of support. I am planning on hiring his team in the spring to install 3-5 more skylights, and possibly some extra work on the back deck.

The house was hit by a tornado in August, and three large oaks crashed over the roof. Several roofers were contacted, but only Onpoint showed up and patiently responded to many questions to me and the insurance adjusters. Brett is a genuinely nice guy and I felt the price was very reasonable. I requested that the old shingles be left in the yard (for weed block) and the workers must have misunderstood and put them in the wrong spot, but Brett and his equally nice wife were very accommodating and came right away to rectify the situation. The roof looks fantastic with quality 40-year shingles. I am very happy with it!

I canâ t recommend OnPoint enough. They did a fabulous job replacing our asphalt roof. Came on time, worked conscientiously , cleaned everything up and did it all in one day. Also did some additional repairs on and around the roof which was also first rate. Brett and his crew are great. Fair estimate and when they didnâ t use all the materials, deducted it from the estimate.
