"Representatives from Halter Plumbing responded to my original request for an appointment within 15 minutes and Mr. Halter arrived on time and was prepared to analyze the problem quickly. The replacement part was purchased nearby and replaced quickly and efficiently. As luck would have it, the replacement part was defective and our original problem was not solved. Mr. Halter secured another part and re-installed the new part which solved the problem! Thanks for sticking with this project and giving us such great customer service!"

"Excellent! Norb was quick to respond to my request and actually visited my house on same day that I requested a quote. I told him I needed it done in 2 weeks and he was able to fit me in - doing most of the work himself. The result was great - professionally done and looks like it has always been there. He brainstormed some issues like moving electrical switches and replacing floor where a vent had been. Price was reasonable. I would recommend Norb for any home project."

"So happy we chose R&D for our exterior wall repairs! they were great to work with throughout the process of what turned out to be a complicated issue. Their communication was really appreciated as they dug into things and problem solved some unique issues with how the previous home owners had cut corners on the house.
