"We have received excellent customer satisfaction from the several projects (for wood, painting and wrought iron) done for us by Twin Wood Artisans Stain & Shine. While their workmanship has been top notch, the customer relationship has been wonderful, too. For example, they are good listeners, keep their appointments, call if they are delayed in traffic, and even drop off touch-up paint to remedy any future needs. "Hugh's three workers were fantastic. They completed the work on the deck replacement in a day-and-a-half. The work was done cleanly with no damage to the landscaping that is so close to the project. Clean up when the project was completed is superior to any other we had done in the past. The refurbished storm door looks brand new and is a welcoming addition to the project. Hugh contacted us the same day as our request and showed up for the initial estimate on time. I cannot emphasize more what a pleasant experience it was having Hugh and his workers take care of our project. HNI is being highly recommended by us, and we will be calling him for additional projects in the future. The quality of the work done far exceeds the cost. Thank You. Hugh"
