We use Nick and his team to clean out a house for sale. They came multiple times and cleaned out everything from dishes to beds and dressers. They were so helpful and personable. Accommodating whatever we needed to be removed. They also cleaned out a free standing garage and helped us remove and old car. They worked fast and did an amazing job.

I needed furniture gone immediately, they came right away and were very friendly. Removed the furniture fast and easy and for a way better price then anyone else. Will definitely return when or if needed again

Nick reached out w/in the hour of putting in my request for service needed. He was very nice. Answered all our questions. Made it simple and complicated free. Showed up on time to drop off the dumpster. Left it exactly where we asked. Picked it up on time. He was pleasant and honest. We already scheduled another day with Donaldson Property Management LLC to come back. They are our dumpster company!
