He made very good suggestions on how to design the layout of the pavers and the brick edging. He also recommended a different layout in the midst of the project when we realized I had not ordered enough pavers. Keagan was always available to answer our questions and to address our concerns. He always returned my calls and texts and was very patient with us. We had no experience installing a patio and Keagan helped us address our questions and concerns. The final patio looks great and the workmanship was outstanding. He went to great lengths to make all of the pavers line up and align well. He researched the best environmentally sound ways to insulate our house (using stone wool and alternatives to Tyvek, which we did not want to use because it's from DuPont) and he made numerous trips farther upstate from our Mid-Hudson house to locate the perfect reclaimed wood at old barns that were being torn down and resold as reclaimed wood. He gut renovated our really skanky old house into a magnificent jewel of post and beam construction to the point that peoples' jaws drop when they walk in."
