"Tom from Nu Line Home Improvement is the most professional contractor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is in constant communication, which is not something I have found very common in the people I have worked with in the past. He is meticulous and a bit of a perfectionist. He will keep working on something over and over until there isn’t the slightest imperfection. Previous contractors have done drywall for us and the tape has become visible as well as screw heads and other imperfections but I can honestly say that the walls that he has put up and has painted are absolutely perfect and they have held up over time as well. On the day of the service he and a professional climber, Richard, again discussed with me what needed to be done and proceeded with the trimming. During the day we continually had conversations on my satisfaction with their work so far and what still needed to be done. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the trimming and felt that I had been dealing with professionals.
