He also replaced rotted siding on our barn, fixed some significant structural defects and stained it. A nice job and finished in a timely fashion. Anton was here supervising the job all the time. He came recommended by our architect, and we hired Dave to build our custom 3br, 3ba modern home in the woods of Woodstock, NY. He was head and shoulders above the other contractors we interviewed in terms of thoroughness, communication, availability and ease of collaboration. The home he built was within 5% of our agreed-upon budget (and that 5% wasn't even his fault — it was unknowable site complications) and we did it 3-months faster than anyone else quoted us was possible. Dave navigated massive supply chain issues without a single delay to the project through his organization and foresight. "Hugh's three workers were fantastic. They completed the work on the deck replacement in a day-and-a-half. The work was done cleanly with no damage to the landscaping that is so close to the project. Clean up when the project was completed is superior to any other we had done in the past. The refurbished storm door looks brand new and is a welcoming addition to the project. Hugh contacted us the same day as our request and showed up for the initial estimate on time. I cannot emphasize more what a pleasant experience it was having Hugh and his workers take care of our project. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I was very happy with the price and the work that was done to create the room. There were three estimates and this price was what I wanted to spend. I was pleased with the workers who came to complete the project, everyone was very friendly and answered any questions that I asked. A porta potty was placed outside so the workers did not have to come into the house, and it was great that I didn't have to be home when they were working downstairs. They entered and exited through the egress window. At the beginning of the project there were two mistakes made but as soon as I mentioned them to the contractor they were immediately corrected. They notified me through a phone call each day that they were coming and almost always were on time. I would definitely recommend this company,"

"Antonjo was super attentive and was constantly in touch about the status of our kitchen remodel; i.e. daily status reports on what was worked on. We were on a tight time frame to complete the project before move in, and he worked meticulously with our timing and our budget to complete the job safely, and with great attention to detail. He kept us part of the process the whole way, and we moved right on time with a beautiful new kitchen. He also was receptive to other small odd jobs that needed to get done around the home to keep our small kids safe. Definitely recommend."

"Our house is over 100 years old and has a stone foundation. On the uphill side of the house, water would come through the wall and run across the floor. Having worked with David Friedlander before on other work I called him up. He suggested digging out to the footings and waterproofing the outside of the foundation. When we dug out, we found that the outside of the foundation was loose and unmortared--sealing wouldn't work well. He suggested building a form around the foundation and pouring a new concrete wall around the existing foundation. It worked amazingly well. The basement is dry as a bone, and the foundation should be good for another hundred years at least! His crew is professional and hard-working. They worked through a snowstorm, and took great care of our place. Best of all, David and the rest of the business are easy to communicate with, clear on expectations and needs, transparent on costs, are able to be scheduled quickly, and work fast. They're great!"
