We needed kitchen wallpaper removed and the walls skim coated and then painted.The estimated time for the work was 4 days. Carlos showed up around 8:00am each day and was usually done between 4:30 and 5:00 except for the last day when an associate joined him. The final day was a bit longer and was completed by about 6:30. The walls were skim coated and sanded so as to provide a nice smooth wall for painting The actual painting was done about as close to perfect as possible and we are very happy with the results. Cleanup was very good considering how much dust is generated in the sanding process. The final cost was right on the estimate both in time and final costs. Great job and we will definitely use Frank's again for any painting needs."
