"I spoke to the owner on Monday, he came and gave me an estimate on Tuesday and cut the tree down on Saturday. His team was very polite and very professional. The tree that had them remove was old, large, rotting and leaning. It was dangerous. I couldn't let my children play in the yard in fear of the dead branches that periodically dropped of of that tree.
They did a great cleanup job afterwards. I plan on having them take down another even larger tree in my front yard in the spring.

The best way to prepare your vinyl fence for a paint job is to clean it with warm, soapy water and rinse it with a hose or pressure washer on a low setting. Be sure to let it totally dry, then sand the surface before applying an epoxy-based primer. After the primer, you're ready to paint your vinyl fence.
