"First off, the name of the pro that goes with the listing of "Roofing and Siding Pros" is CMW Exteriors. Not to be confused with C Michael Exteriors which is a totally different company. Chris (owner of CMW Exteriors) was 100% respectful and very forthcoming on how the project would work. He had a completely no pressure approach to the quoting process- eager to get the job, but not pushy. His price was lower than the other estimates and he used the same siding product as one of the other quoted bids from a larger company. As with so many home projects, once the old siding was off we discovered additional issues (electrical wiring concealed in old siding - not so safe and now rectified) but the installation went smoothly (in a week of on and off rain). Chris was involved with his crew and kept a close eye on progress, and communication was easy. I highly recommend this company."

"I met Sean McLeod through “Angie’s” List early March, 2025. He has been to my house several times to complete an array of remodeling projects. Some were minor like building utility cabinets for the kitchen or mounting household appliances for convenience. "I did prep work because I knew they wouldn't do. Timing when they said they were essential, and they got shut down, and basically left my house open to the weather. Not happy with them and the town where I live. Partially the pandemic, but I know that the inspector if it was them, or family members they would have got it done. Nothing but anchors. My basement was flooded, and they remedied the problem, but it created alot more work for me and alot of lost sleep. 3 lights good, 1 I had to fix. I still have to clean up the job and I am finished. Timing and cost are not equal.Too much$ for the work performed. 12mos no interest and payment is a plus, I will pay on the last day!"

Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and adjust the psi accordingly based on the condition of your stucco and the specific requirements of your pressure washer.

The best stucco finish depends on your aesthetic goals and personal preferences. A fine cement-based finish is a crowd favorite because it’s easy to clean and resembles a painted home. Lace finish is another popular one that can conceal imperfections thanks to its detailed lace pattern.
