"Refinishing Deck-Mr. Boone was sure to inquire whether I was interested in posts and whether I wanted underside to be completed. (I declined on underside).  He also was sure to ask me about birds nests, whether to remove or work around.  Pressure washed deck the first day, made sure it was dry before the staining, recommended brush staining in my situation.  He had a recommendation for stain including color and brand.  He offered to pick up the stain himself if I wasn't interested in putting cans into my car.  Was thorough on stain coverage.  He had some assistance and he made sure the work was double checked by him and then again by myself-assuring that I would be happy with the job.  I was very happy and appreciative of his paying attention to detail.
Pressure washing-House & Shed.  While he was here with the pressure washer he asked if I was interested in having house & shed pressure washed.  I was, just hadn't had the opportunity to call "my guy". He was willing to match my most recent price. So, it worked out well and he did it that very same day. Mind you, all of the pressure washing is with the use of your own water.  On this particular job, when he showed me around the house, I pointed out an area on my porch that needed to be "cleaned up" because some debris must have ricocheted off the close corners of the porch.  He agreed immediately and had his guys pull the machine back off of the truck to redo it.  Perfect. He double checked my shed, and had the guys come back out to redo the back of the shed--which faces the woods!  This man cares about his work and reputation.
Siding repair-House & Shed.  A neighbor's tree had fallen on my shed-not enough damage where my deductible would kick in.  Anyway, Mr. Boone told me he had been in the construction business before and has had experience with installing siding.  He offered to come back and fix my siding.  I went to Home Depot for a close match and he picked up the siding for me within a couple days when I could be home.  He did an excellent job.  I can now cross this too off of my list!
We found some other work that needs to be done (of course there is always something that could use repair) and I will have Mr. Boone back to make those repairs.  I am very pleased with his eagerness to do quality work and satisfy his customers.  Thx

"The CHW Tech was unable to connect the air condition to the Nest thermostat because it was not registering but he was able to provide us with cool air until the previous HVAC company was able to come and fix the system the next day. I had to pay the CHW Tech for the entire service but was reimbursed by the original company that installed the furnace because they knew that this was their error."

"We came home from vacation to very stormy weather.  We found that our garage wall and top corner of the ceiling where the garage meets the house was WET.  We looked for someone on Angie's List to provide us with an estimate on repairing whatever damage might be up there causing this problem.  Due to three top-notch reviews, we called T&T Construction on a Friday.  David Turner (owner) answered my call and we agreed that he would come out at 10:00 Monday morning to take a look at the roof/siding.  Mr. Turner was punctual and got straight to business taking apart our siding trying to figure out what was causing our problem.  He told me that if for some reason he couldn't find the problem, that he would put everything back the way it was before proceeding.  We did, in fact, have what appeared to be hail damage to our siding and roofing. Mr. Turner gave us several options for how he could proceed with the work and an estimate.  We agreed on the estimate and, much to my surprise, Mr. Turner said he and the one man crew he had with him could get the house repaired by that evening.  My husband inspected the roof and siding upon completion and was satisfied that they had done exactly what they had indicated in their estimate.  Mr. Turner worked neatly during the job and cleaned up his equipment and other scraps VERY well after the job was done.  At the end of his work, he even offered to clean fingerprints left on the new siding during installation.  Upon request, he also attempted to fix a siding problem in the back of our home after the roofing job was completed, but not having any additional siding material, he was unable to correct the problem.  He DID put everything back in place as it was. My husband and I were very pleased with his professionalism and work ethic and would be happy to recommend him and use his services again in the future.
