He said that it was just vents and he wanted to do everything so I was just disappointed with him. I bargained with him and said that I did not want all the returns so I ended up paying $150 on top of the $50 that I had already paid. If I wanted both the returns it was going to be $100 above that.He knew that it was an Angie's List big deal purchase and he still charged me more than what the big deal was for. I know that he did pull dust out of the air duct and they were cleaned. He arrived on time, he was a young kid, obviously he wasn't the owner of the business or anything like that.I think that if that fee that is advertised on the Angie's List website isn't the correct fee, that needs to be disclosed upfront. The price wasn't unreasonable. It was regular if I had just called somebody out of the blue, but when you gave me that big deal price, I assumed that was it. I would not use this provider again in the future."
