The holes were in the ceiling and in the textured walls. He not only patched the holes well, but he matched the texture on the wall perfectly! While he was in, he gave us some advice and recommendations and ultimately we also asked him to skim coat the ceilings that we had removed popcorn from and he did a great job there as well. At the end of the work we asked him to do, he cleaned up and left the areas he was in cleaner than they were when he came in! Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field.
