"Horrific. Radius damaged the house we were moving out of, doubled our quoted price, more then doubled the storage fee, helped themselves to expensive items, what they didn’t steal they damaged. Were incredibly rude and obnoxious when trying to set up delivery of belongings, never giving an answer as to when we would get our stuff. And haven’t responded to numerous calls and emails to get numerous missing expensive belongings. Horrible company."
