estimate prices was done by owner.. he was responsive and efficient. We had used his company for previous moves Move Day: crew loading at location 1 was quite good. team leader in charge was very experienced and responsive crew and location 2 was careless and not efficient.. items were damaged by this crew Company repaired damage items .. Had we only dealt with the team at location 1 my ratings of the move would have been higher.

They came on time and were very courteous. Only the manager knew what he was doing and directed everyone else. They were almost 3 times more expensive than any other moving service so I wont be using them again.

Everything went smoothly. Everything was well packed. Only problem was that they didn't make clear how they count the hours that they charge for, making the move somewhat more expensive than I thought it would be.

The move went exactly as we were prepared for by the Kaster salesman. The movers themselves were strong and hard working. The total cost came in below the estimate. And it took less time than expected. Everyone seemed to know exactly what to do. Things arrived in good shape. We were very pleased.

They were amazing. They were all very nice people who took great care with our things. Everything was very carefully wrapped and packed. They were prompt about when they arrived and worked very hard all day. When unloading the truck the were careful with everything and would place items wherever we asked them to. They also reassempled anything that had to be taken apart, including a baby grand piano. We could not be happier!

They gave a professional appraisal and it was very accurate. They followed up during the move and were very careful with my belongings.

Packing went poorly. The packers were over an hour late each day. An expensive bedroom cabinet was wrapped in packing tape, which ruined the finish on the front and sides. The movers tried to "clean" the damage and made it worse. The packers did not pack everything, leaving a carload of items at the old house. Moving went poorly. A working elliptical machine showed up damaged-the front assembly was broken off and glued back on (to hide the damage), but no mention was made of the damaged elliptical. A TV cabinet showed up with a cracked front. A blue ray player is missing. The refridgerator no longer cools effectively. Walls are gouged and a utility sink lost a leg (which turned up in the refridgerator). Follow up is going poorly: We bought insurance, but have run into an unresponsive office. A scheduled appointment to inspect damage done to the house was canceled an hour before the appt. Calls to reschedule the appt have gone unanswered.

They moved us locally about 20 miles. When I called them originally, I didn't give them enough notice to come out. They did call me back and were willing to work with me and their convenience and my availability as well. The only thing that was different was the estimated time was 6.5 hrs, but they did finish sooner, not by much, and the price was still the same.
