Both were very professional. While there, Mike also looked at an issue I had with a dripping shower faucet. My wife did not want to cut open the sheetrock in her closet so Mike suggested that we replace the tub with a new fiberglass shower that way they could replace the valve in the wall and replace the valve in the wall and also add a new faucet.
