Then the small repairs, new upstairs toilet, fixed garage outlet, added an outside backyard electrical outlet, fixed outside faucet, replaced two light fixtures. Owner was onsite and working every day. The owner, Brad, actually told me to tell him if I didnâ t like something. He said more than once to let him know if I wanted something different.
