T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. "We had our roof replaced by G&A Custom Homes last week. It looks like they have done a decent job. Only time will tell about the longevity of the materials and workmanship. They have used Owens Corning material and took 3 days to complete. There's a 50 years warranty for the materials and and a 1 time new owner transfer warranty.    
They looked sincere, and new their job.
