When the going gets tough he keeps going by accepting the challenge and works it through to the end. Only complaint, coordinating his work schedule with me. I do not always know when I will see him again. However, if I call he always answers. I plan on using him again on my next project."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."

"We had our roof replaced by G&A Custom Homes last week. It looks like they have done a decent job. Only time will tell about the longevity of the materials and workmanship. They have used Owens Corning material and took 3 days to complete. There's a 50 years warranty for the materials and and a 1 time new owner transfer warranty.    
They looked sincere, and new their job.

"I have a 2 story home.  He was concerned about knocking the icicles down because we have very large french doors, right underneath the icicles.  He asked if we had any leaking and I told him no.  He told me use a roof rake and take the snow down and out from behind the eaves.  He gave us a free estimate.  I appreciated his honesty and safety concerns, regarding out home."

"Everything went great. Phone calls were answered or returned promptly. He came down to my house early on a Saturday morning to give me an estimate. He was busy but able to get me an installation date pretty quickly. I was at work that day but stopped by on my lunch break and everything was done. My retired neighbor told me a few days later that he watched them work and said they did  a great job. Very friendly, courteous and professional service. I definitely would recommend!
