"Joe Wells was the first contractor to show (on time, also) for the initial estimate (which beat out others by thousands) and I could tell from the gitgo that this was the man for the job. When it came time to do the job, he called the day before to inform us that his crew would be there the following morning to begin the driveway replacement at 8am.
