Since we are only there for a week the estimate was done but the project could not be completed because we wanted to be there while the work was being done. We hope to have the work done in the summer of 09. I am just waiting on the written estimate, a verbal one was given over the phone."

"Frank was able to come on a Saturday, which was convenient for me. He was very friendly. He checked the fuse box and the gas line, before checking the furnace. He saw the thermocouple was burnt out, so he started by replacing that. He lit the pilot, and the furnace came on. In less than an hour, my furnace was working again. I will call Mr. & Mrs. Fix It again if another problem arises."
