"The secretary was in constant contact with us. Since we are only there for a week the estimate was done but the project could not be completed because we wanted to be there while the work was being done. We hope to have the work done in the summer of 09. I am just waiting on the written estimate, a verbal one was given over the phone."

"Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Tries to fix the problem the cheapest way. He was the first to call after registering my project. Could not fix using a snake and said it was a bigger problem and he was correct. He did have to come back to complete the job. Two drains going into one line clogged who knows how many years. Suggested a pressure water treatment more expensive than snaking but it was very necessary. Stayed and checked and rechecked each drain running the water multiple times to make sure the drains were completely cleared. Would call again but hope we don't need his services. Be patient though. He was not on time"

"Their quote was more then I could afford. Also was not what I wanted to do to repair the retaining wall. They wanted to buy new stone when all I wanted was to have the existing stone used and just restack it."
