"It was beyond my expectations, I have heard of this business over the last decade or so but I’ve always had hardwood flooring in my home. I’ve recently moved into my first home and it’s all carpeted. I had an old phone book and hoped that the number was still the same and thankfully it was! Gerald answered on the first ring and was extremely respectful and professional and eager to help me out! I never have had to hire professional help before but as I said I bought this house and it definitely needed help in the floor department. I left for the day and when I came back it was like I walked into a brand new home. Gerald and his employee superseded my expectations and I am so thankful that I not only remembered their business from long ago but that they were able to come within a few days and completely transform my house to a home. Thank you so much guys!"

"They were very professional and didn’t mind being around dogs. They knew exactly how to get the pet hair off of things. They showed up at the time they told us they would be here. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. I will be using them again and telling all of my friends and family to use them also!"

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Most DIY floor cleaners don’t require rinsing, but you’ll want to make sure you don’t add too much dish soap or oil to the cleaner to avoid having to rinse it after cleaning. For non-wood floors, mix 8 parts warm water, 1 part vinegar, and 1 part baking soda with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, use olive oil in that same mixture instead of the vinegar. You can let these solutions air-dry after cleaning your floors with them, although you should manually dry your floors if they aren’t waterproof.

Yes, using appropriate techniques and solutions for material-specific care.

Smoke stains, grease buildup, mold, and water spots are common reasons for hiring professional cleaning services.

A damp smell that lingers on the clothes after drying could be a result of staying in the washer too long or not drying all the way in the dryer. The best way to get damp smells out of clothes after drying them is to run them through the washer again. For stubborn smells, you can add scent boosters or use a laundry odor remover.

No, you should never use isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) to clean flat paint or paint with any other finish. Isopropyl alcohol works similarly to a paint thinner, so it’s likely to liquify the paint on your walls and leave damaged or bare areas. For stubborn stains, try mixing one cup of vinegar or baking soda into a bucket of warm water and scrubbing very gently with a soft sponge. If the stain or soiling is pervasive, touch up the area by repainting the affected areas.
