"Amazing service, I would highly recommend Priel, he is one outstanding individual. I have a small apartment but he spent hours (originally he estimated it would take 2.5 hours but he spent over 7, at the same cost) trying to get all the dirt to be cleaned up. He takes pride in making sure the customer is happy and was super flexible with me on working around my schedule. Regarding cost, he was more than fair and it I actually felt guilty not giving him more given the hard work he put into it. "We are extremely happy with Absolute Carpet. One of the things we asked Jeff (a very nice and competent guy) to do was to wrap all three rugs carefully so they can be stored for a month or two in my daughter's garage while we look for an apartment (we are moving in May), so we haven't been able to look at the cleaned rugs yet. Jeff told us (and I am sure he did) that he washed them all twice using a gentle cleaner and rinsed them twice, and that he worked very carefully in the frayed areas. They are perfectly dry, and the packing job (in heavy paper) is excellent. Jeff came for the rugs and then delivered them back exactly when he said he would. As soon as we are able to unpack the rugs, I'll let you know how they look, but I have no doubts that he did a great job.
