"Jim Lincoln really talks the talk but he really gets in over his head. A 5 day job took him 10 months to finish. And the quality of work is absolutely horrible. He comes back does a little work and disappears until you pressure him. I have redone much of his work and have to have a real pool professional come and redo my entire bottom and sides of my pool and reinstall a liner. I usually do not leave reviews but I just heard of another person get taken by him which made me review. I really hope people read this and dont make the same mistake I did."

Septic Tanks questions, answered by experts

Yes, experts handle manual pumping, chemical flushing, and equipment use properly, ensuring thorough cleaning and legal compliance with disposal regulations.

Septic tanks can clog if they aren’t pumped every few years since solid waste accumulates inside of them. Your tank might also clog if you have a habit of flushing anything other than human waste or toilet paper. Items like diapers, baby wipes, paper towels, cat litter, and personal hygiene products should never go down your pipes.

A well pressure tank is located between the well and the well pump, and it stores your water under pressure so that the well pump can eventually do its job. The well pump is activated whenever you turn a faucet on—it pulls the water from the tank into your home. Both are vital parts of a complete well water system.

How do you set your well’s pressure tank? All you need to do is first drain the tank of water and find the pressure switch. Remove the switch cover and adjust the switch with a wrench—clockwise to increase water pressure, and counter-clockwise to reduce it. Each complete turn of the nut on the switch should equal 2.5 psi. Once this is done, replace the switch cover. All that’s left is to adjust the pressure of the tank itself using an air compressor and a tire gauge to support the new setting.

A septic system will typically last about 20 to 30 years, although the lifespan can stretch further to 40 years with proper care. Proper septic system care includes having the tank pumped every few years, scheduling cleanings and inspections annually, and conserving water. Also, keep your septic system in good health by only flushing human waste and toilet paper, and never pour fats, grease, oils, or coffee grounds down the drains.
