"Do not use Madame Paulette under ANY circumstances. They have had my draperies in for cleaning for two months and the only thing they have managed to do (naturally) is charge my credit card their extremely high fee. I have called and emailed many, many times, and on the rare occasions I get a human being on the line (they don't answer their phone and rarely return calls, and never respond to emails), they make promises that they don't fulfill. Today, I was promised that my drapes would be delivered and ensured they were on the truck (after being told, falsely, on May 9 that they would be delivered that day), and not only have the drapes not been delivered, but I understand from my doorman that someone from Madame Paulette came by to "pick something up." This business is a disaster and is in the final death spiral of ever increasing prices and ever decreasing (really zero) customer service. I predict they will be gone within the year. Do not use Madame Paulette under any circumstances."
