"Rick advised me via text message what to do to get the system up for a soft restart right away. Then he came to my home, tested my water, and made all the necessary adjustments to make sure the system was working properly. I didnâ t buy the original system from Rick and now I wish I had. I high recommend him!"

"Our water is hard and I stressed that to our estimator (salesman). We also have a 4-6 family household and 3 1/2 baths. Everything says 64000 capacity softener. We were assured the 24000 would suffice and get the job done. We put in a brand new bathroom. We have 1 person using it and have had company over the holidays where another has for 2 weeks. We clean weekly but see the pictures because the remodeling person who uses the same and recommended Pure Water Source says this shouldn?t be happening. I told them once the system wasn?t working properly but they said absolutely nothing wrong. Does this hard water spots look like soft water? How about that meter?"

"Ed and his crew were very professional and courteous throughout the process. They arrived early and completed all work as agreed and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Ed and his team to anyone looking for excellent well pump and water service. Great job!"

"The job was done professionally, cleaned up very well. I am very satisfied"

"I had a water pressure issue in my home. Called for help and Loren showed up. Found the problem. My pressure tank needed some adjusting and an old unused water filtration system needed to be bypassed. Loren did a great job and he was very pleasant. Highly recommend"

"Very friendly and professional. The filtered drinking water is absolutely amazing and the water softener made a huge difference."

"Unfortunately I didn't have time to read reviews on the brand of hot water heater installed. It was a Bradford White. The reviews are horrible. I guess I just have to wait and see how long it lasts. There were also complaints on the water heater relating to the warranty."
