Could take 7-10 days to see improvement, maybe, despite being told 24-48 hours, and when you call back after no improvement it takes them another 3-4 days to schedule return visit. Save yourself the time and money and either do what they can do yourself, or call someone else who actually will remove and not just treat a nest. Not worth $30 let alone the $300 they charge. Amateurs as best."

My clients are provided with an extremely thorough and independent home inspection followed by a detailed web based Inspection Report complete with photographs and important links. My inspection reports can be easily sent by email to interested parties such as Realtors, real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, contractors or family members for review. Just like homes, not all inspectors are alike. Before hiring an inspector, talk to him/her, interview them, ask questions. How long have you been inspecting homes? How long will the inspection take? What kind of inspection report will I receive and when? These are just some of the questions that should be asked before hiring an inspector. Part of a home inspector’s job is to manage the expectations of their clients. This is especially true for first time home buyers or when my clients have never dealt with a home inspector before.
