He listens and makes suggestions; for example; when I mentioned that my dogs may be in the newly restored "garden house" with me he suggested a more durable type of screening that wouldn't tear if they tried to tear at the screening on the windows. I'm very happy with every aspect of the work that was done

She is also a very nice person besides being skilled in her craft. I plan to use Cathie (Sew What!?) again and highly recommend her. Btw, the installer she uses was also very professional and efficient. They worked well together and did an excellent job. (I got Cathie of Sew What!? from Angie's List and did not know her previously, in case you are wondering.

She went above and beyond in helping me with this project, including ordering the fabric I had selected and purchasing it at a discounted price that she passed along to me! After meeting with her and discussing what I had wanted in detail I then changed some of my decisions. Again, she was flexible and worked pleasantly and professionally to accommodate my wishes although it did inconvenience her. She was easy to contact and kept good communication with me throughout my project. The end result was excellent quality with fantastic attention to details! It was amazing to work with such a pleasant professional and achieve my desired results - completely conflict free

I used to make my own but did not chose to do so this time. I gave this lady the exact measurements that I wanted in, and between the pleats, and the curtain came out great. She came to my house to measure, and we saw eye to eye immediately. "We had our siding replaced last week and I have to say Chris & the team were AMAZING. they all worked so well together and our siding was completed in literally 3 days. That's including removing a chimney and repairing the roof where it was! "We just completed installing a motorized retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] and are super pleased with the quality of the build, appearance and customer support.? This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there.
