Hey, I'm Lance! I became a professional online portrait artist in 2006 after my family was taken from me in a tornado losing my mother, father, brother, and son. Twenty-eight lives were taken as well as all their possessions, like mine. I drew from destroyed photos their families so they could have memorial portraits of them at the funerals and for the rest of time. Since then I have made a living traveling the country doing shows and drawing from photos you email me on line. There is NO GIFT more unique that brings more tears of joy to a loved one's eyes like one of these. Nothing. I've seen it time and time again. I make it affordable to anyone who's ever wanted one of these. Paintings with half the detail of these can cost upwards of $30,000 limiting something like this from hanging in living rooms for families to the rich only. Not anymore. Here's how it works.. Simply email me your favorite picture or pictures to [email protected] with a brief description of what you would like done. The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's 225 for 11x14's 275 for 14x17's After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. Usually an extra face is added depending on the size from anywhere between 25 and 50, but I do deals on these more than anything, so please call me about it at .(850) 691-3976

I gave a "B" on price only because he sells and does quality work. So it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! So no - it's really a "A" but it is high end quality. I had this idea for a dream kitchen and he made it come true. I wanted "Zebra wood" frameless cabinets and he was the only reseller for the company that I thought could deliver the product that I wanted. Turned out the cabinet website pictures were not really what they sold as far as finishes. We spent months finding all the right manufactures to make the cabinets and do the veneers. He loved the challenge and really never charged me for the time he put in to get it right and it was right! These are not Ikea flimsy frameless cabinets. Mine have dovetail joints and solid wood with soft close hardware. 1963 kitchen and bath to 2030 modern. Love it."

We are the mostly highly regarded home inspection consulting firm in the Rochester NY area. Most inspectors are licensed by NYS to perform Home Inspections. So are we. But, we are also licensed professional engineers. We also have a registered Architect on staff . As P.E.s we are recognized by NYS to attest to the structural integrity of a building. Home Inspectors are not permitted to provide such an analysis. Our evaluations are also accepted by FHA and HUD. Why hire just a Home Inspector, when you can hire an Engineer or Architect to inspect your house? Our reports are detailed narrative reports that specifically describe our findings in an easily understandable manner. Digital photography is also utilized to enhance and personalize the report. Other home inspection firms will provide a more general and “boiler plate” check sheet format, usually provided by a franchise organization. Don't be fooled by excessive fluff and inflammatory language in a report. Instead, trust common sense and factual information. We work for you, and only you! Stuff like a vent that had disconnected in the ceiling cavity so they were things we would want resolved. He had feedback for care of some other items that we should be managing now to keep working well for the future so I feel the cost was worth it for not only those things he caught, but also the peace of mind that we don't have major issues missed. Inspector was punctual. Delivered a paper summary report from his walk through upon leaving and sent a digital more verbose copy through email over the weekend so we had everything pretty quick. In hindsight I would have brought them along for our early build inspections as I'm sure they would have caught some items we had to have fixed during our first year that could have been avoided. No one was perfect, but the issues seemed to be present enough in his mind that he saw what happened and had recommendations to improve beyond what the builder did for more lasting repair."

Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws.
