"Needed replacement of toilet wax seal. Service tech and assistant were super-nice, professional and clean. Said it would take 2 to 2.5h, but took about 45mins and the charge was $550 + fuel surcharge (if flange was not damaged). I thought this was quite high but based on Webber's ratings I figured it had to be right. Later found out that a experienced plumber would only charge around $200. Too bad, will not use T Webber again."

Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. "August 26 called JSP out to check on my xtrol pressure water tank because it was making a clicking noise that was coming from the power switch. Came out same day said the bladder ruptured would need a new tank. I agreed because the tank was 12 years old. Installed was a flex lite tank which he said was better. I'm a senior and a widow took his word for it. I paid $2172.66. It was not itemized. He gave me a $50 discount. He told me I would get water bursts for a while coming from faucets. Well he was right, however I lost pressure in my kitchen and bathroom faucets and the toilet was rumbling when filling and flushed. I called them out to check. He did not go under the sinks to clear the lines, instead he said it must be your faucets. He quoted me a price of $1303.48 for kitchen faucet if they picked it out fully installed or $756 if I bought the faucet myself. 3 strikes your out. Didnt fix problem. Found out I was over charged for flex tank $1200 instead."
