Mikey, the foreman, and Justin, the installer, were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Both were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to make sure the job was done right, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful home repair feel completely manageable. It is so refreshing to have a crew come into your home who clearly takes pride in their work and also genuinely cares about the customer experience. "We LOVE our new awning!!!! Have used it eveyday since it was installed. Bob, the owner was wonderful ! Jake and Shawn did the install and were hardworking and pleasant to work with. The awning was ordered in early May but took a while due to supply shortages. Bob was in touch with the company several times for updates for us. The awning was installed on a Sat. the day after they received it. Would definitely recommend Champs. Will enjoy for years to come!"

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"We cannot say enough good about Dylan, Seth and Tim. 3 very hard workers. Lifting heavy heavy loads of concrete and stone up my and down my cellar and porch steps. They never stopped for breaks. Great workers. Respectful and pleasant and knew their job requirements. Very careful with doors, floors etc It?s a messy job. ThankYou"

"In all my years of hiring various contractors for work done on my own place, as well as for work done at some properites I managed for many years, (30)I have never had such excellent work done by any conractor. Not only did All Dry Basement honor their written estimate, they went beyond several times on other things not covered, but related. This was all done in Covid times. All workers were always unfailingly polite, respectful, neat, organized, prompt etc. Fill in the words of your choice for attributes that you would look for in a contactor, and you have a picture of All Dry basement people."
