Remodel it into 2 stories and make this new house smaller just like the old house next door! "LI Waterproofing had done extensive work in my basement for the previous owner, so I opted to give them a try myself to resolve new problems that had not been previously addressed. John and his men were responsive and professional.  The work was done as expected and in a reasonable amount of time.  The price was right for the scope of the work requested.  Hand digging was required to expose the foundation outside.  I opted to remove the plants in my garden bed myself before the work was done.  I'm glad I did so. The men worked around the one larger hydrangea I did not move, and it was pretty roughed up during the process.  (I cut back the broken branches that were covered with tar, and I think it will be OK.)  We have had one good rain since the work was done, and the repaired areas in the basement show no signs of dampness.  So I am hopeful.  My sole criticism of the work is that clean-up could have been done better.  Gravel used to fill the window well was spilled into the adjacent garden bed on top of plants.  I spent about 2 hours sorting that out and sweeping the porch and basement where dirt and cement were left.

"Larry came out for an estimate quickly.  I had to postpone work a bit because of some other issues with the house.  When I was ready to go, Larry came back out and we went through everything again.  This time a few other issues were brought to light.  I went with Foundation Experts because the recommendations seemed more logical than other ideas that had been proposed by other companies.  Once the contract was signed, work began quickly.  Quite a few workers were there for different aspects of the job.  Everyone was very friendly and professional.  Andy was involved in different aspects of the project than the others and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why.  The job didn't really take too much time and was spread out over 2 days.  Everything looks good.  The initial reason for my call to them was because of water pouring into my basement when it rains.  Hoping that what they did will do the trick.  Time will tell.
I have a few future projects in mind for them in the future.
