I specialize in home and business cleaning. There is basically nothing "too" dirty. My way of cleaning is definitely not surface cleaning. For instance, I move rugs and sweep before any mopping is done. I move and dust items on dressers/shelves, sweep under furniture, ECT. Generally, I like to do a walk thru with the home owner or agent to assess specific needs of the property. I refinish tubs, paint, powerwash, mold removal. Many references.

"DO NOT hire Dan Ford aka Dan the Handyman. I hired him to install a stone walkway and it is a complete disaster. The workmanship is terrible. The walkway is falling apart, breaking and lifting and is a trip hazard. I had to take him to court to get my payment refunded. I was awarded the judgment, but Dan Ford has NOT paid. I ended up having to file a transcript of judgment with the County Court and have a lien placed on him and his business. He still has NOT paid. Do NOT hire Dan Ford aka Dan the Handyman."
