"had a very bad experience with this company. The owner, Boris, was very nice in the beginning, but then I had to call back because I found out that they had left the balcony door partially unhinged. It was very hard to get them back, but they came back and fixed it. After a few weeks the door became unhinged again. This time Boris ignored my messages. After many attempts, I left a negative review on HomeAdvisor and when Boris read it he contacted me (finally), not to offer assistance but to call me a crybaby and demanding I take down the negative review. I was shocked. I asked him my money back, he refunsed, I have no choice but to report the company to the better Business Bureau."
