"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."

He also repaired the part of my deck that was partially responsible for the log damage. Ok pricing was very fair I will be contacting Dan for remodeling work in the future"

We have a pretty small bathroom to start of with, but Francisco was able to help us choose a perfect design and the correct materials. Francisco’s attention to detail caught my eye, pure quality workmanship from beginning to the very end. My floor tile came out perfectly and my marble walk-in shower is just fantastic with no issues. Not only did he install the shower and floor beautifully, but he also educated me in how to care for my new tile and marble shower after he was gone. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled. His prices are very fair for everything you get from him, knowledgeable, quality, and reliability. My project was roughly $7000 I truly feel it’s money well spent."
