"I cannot in good conscience recommend Palermo Concrete to anyone. Below are photos of a stamped concrete sidewalk and patio we had done by them in 2023. I have also included photos of when the work was first done. As you can see the sidewalk completely crumbled and parts of the patio did as well. Palermo concrete told us that this happened because of the harsh winter we had last year. We live in Western New York, I would hope they would use concrete that would stand up to our climate. They also blamed us for using ice melt. The patio never had ice melt used on it because we have a hot tub and did not want to track ice melt into it. While we did use ice melt on the sidewalk, it was used very sparingly and only used to prevent someone from falling. We also did extensive research on ice melt and only used one that said it was safe from use on stamped concrete. While they did replace the sidewalk, they would only replace a small portion of the patio. "
