Good to know: *The average inspection time takes between 30 and 45 minutes to complete. Radon testing requires a drop off of testing equipment and 48hrs to complete. *For convenience on the day of your inspection and prior to our appointment I will provide you with an on the way call / text to confirm my ETA. *Your mold assessment will include a thorough inspection for mold and moisture throughout your home from the basement to the attic. All fee's for inspection service(s) are as follows: Mold Inspection: $350.00 includes inspecting your home for mold and moisture. Mold sampling fee is $75.00 per sample.
