"Our newly renovated front porch adds to the value of our home, our street, and our community. Jonathan and Jerson, along wit their architect wrorked very hard to design, budget, and build the almost new addition to our home. And let me tell you it wasn’t easy to satisfy us as we turned out to be tough customers. But we were able to develop a trusting relationship which was a benefit to all. The work was expensive but well worth it (probably more of that goes on us because we wanted what we wanted). We were able to negotiate. Good thing because the job might not have gotten done without that. The quality was also exceptional. In fact it was beyond our expectations. Jerson is a master carpenter, highly skilled in framing and finish work. The masons on their crew were also masters of the stone. They built us a beautiful path leading to our new porch. I guess the best thing I can say about the Finest Craftman is that they are genuinely good people in addition to being highly professional and skilled. They are people you can trust. "I had used Remodeling Concepts in t he past for a home addition + siding + roofing and was extremely satisfied with the result. I called Derek just to see if he could recommend an electrician. Instead, Derek sent over his own company electrician to review the work to be done. Martin (electrician) did not want to open the ceiling for fear of damaging the soffits. He instead said he would run the wires thru a 2nd floor outlet to the porch. We set a date and time and he was at the house right on schedule. The job turned out to be more difficult than we thought but Martin was patient, professional and persistent. He managed to snake the wires and install the fans. I am very pleased with the work. "112 Home Improvement was recommended to me by my cousin.  They had remodeled his home and he was very happy.   We called John about a year before we wanted to begin.  We didn't even know exactly what we wanted.  He offered to come out and help us plan this project.  Once we figured out what we wanted to do John brought out his architect (Tom) and we started the process.  Plans, permits, surveys, variances the list is endless.  I am glad we did this well ahead of time.  Finally 9 months later (thanks town of brookhaven) we had everything needed to begin.  The work began in March and continued through June.  Everything went as good as can be expected.  There were some problems here and there but nothing that we were not prepared for.  In the end our home is beautiful.  We extended and remodeled our kitchen and created a great room, finished our basement, added a master bathroom, replaced our roof and our siding as well as added a deck.  My family and I could not be happier.  We absolutely love our home.  Thank you John and company!!"
