He is deliberately avoiding all communication and refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. He took my security deposit of $1900 and has basically disappeared with it. He is not just unprofessional, he is a THIEF and a ROBBER. I have proof of everything: the signed contract, the payments I made, and the endless attempts I’ve made to reach him while he ignores me. If anyone wants proof, I am more than willing to share it. This is not just a bad experience, it’s outright theft. If you value your money and your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this contractor. He will happily take your deposit or payment and vanish without finishing the job. Do not trust a word he says, he is dishonest, unreliable, and will leave you high and dry. Although many of my friends pointed out to me , that JSP has an atrocious reputation, I made a terrible mistake by allowing their sales representatives to convince me that JSP would complete the job of installing a heating and air conditioning system. I purchased a new heating and cooling system, in addition to an extended warranty and maintenance contract. During the winter the heating system worked in my home. However in the summer, the AC stopped working. It took JSP several days to try to get the air conditioner to work, with no relief to me as I endured my home with no air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave. After failing to fix the air conditioner JSP?s personnel seemed to abandon the job by not following up with a solution in a timely manner, in a situation that"
